• On or about October 2015, assisted two adult children were concerned about the deteriorating health and mental condition of their ailing mother in Washington, D.C. Assisted clients become co-guardians and conservator of mother so they would have the legal authority to provide for her health, physical and other needs. • On or about fall 2015, got the criminal charges of possession of CDS not marijuana and false statements to police officer dismissed against clients in Calvert County, Maryland and Charles County, Maryland. • On or about January 2016, got the criminal charges of 3rd degree burglary and malicious destruction of property dismissed against 13 year old client in St. Mary's County, Maryland. • On or about February 2016, assisted 3 clients charged with prostitution at bail hearings in Prince Georges County. Got all 3 clients were released on their own Personal Recognizance without having to pay a bail. • On or about September 2015, assisted a Landlord in Washington, D.C. to get money of judgments of $3,000 against tenant A and $4,000 against tenant B. Tenant A and Tenant B failed to pay rent to Landlord for most of 2015 and for several months in year 2014. Also assisted Landlord in obtaining judgments for possession of both properties from tenants.
