Steve Buckley's practice focuses on workers' compensation and personal injury matters. As a retired member of Millwright Local Union 1121, his experience in the building trades provides invaluable insight into workplace safety and injury issues. As a partner with Lawson & Weitzen since 2004, Steve is a tenacious attorney. Except for a year working as a law clerk for various Massachusetts Superior Court judges, since law school Steve has been representing injured workers at the Department of Industrial Accidents and at the U.S. Department of Labor under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (LHWCA).
