Steven Butterfield has been affiliated with Pray Walker since 1997 and concentrates his practice primarily in the area of oil and gas law. Steven has prepared numerous drilling and division order opinions. He has also represented clients in acquisitions and divestitures of oil and gas properties, including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements, due diligence reports and other related contractual documents.
