We have had many such cases. We have had big successes on cases other attorneys turned down. One that comes to mind is a case which two other attorneys turned down based on difficult liability that we settled at trial for $990,000.00 We also have the back bone to walk away from low ball offers. Recently, we settled a case for 1.2 million which we had 2 prior mediations where we walked out on offers of 20k and then a year later about 200k as we knew the client was seriously injured and would need surgery which he ultimately had and lead to the great settlement.

1-By staying on top of all changes in the law either statutory or case law so I am always able to know the best way to handle a case. 2-I bend over backwards to be there for my clients, treating them with respect and always telling them the truth, whether they will like it or not and always being there to answer their questions. I never forget that I work for the clients and not the other way around. 3-hard work and results that have come with it.

We know the make up of the Bronx population and how they think and look at the world very well and that helps us to evaluate how a Bronx jury will look at a case and the respective parties and the injuries sustained. My relationships with the local doctors makes it easier for me to make sure my clients get the care they need for their injuries whether they have insurance or not. My almost 30 years practicing in the Bronx has given me a very strong relationship with many members of the Bronx judiciary, and local politicians, as well.All of these things help us help the community of clients we represent in many ways related and unrelated to the particular cases we are retained to represent them for.

Further, if it is a situation I can't help them with on my own, I have a network of honest/ethical attorneys in virtually all legal fields I consult with (as they do with me regarding personal injury matters) and recommend a client to call.
