Stuart L. O'Brien, born in St. Louis, Missouri, 1968 has maintained his current independent practice since being admitted to the Bar in 1994. He has worked for many municipalities in varying capacities since admission to the bar, including: City of Maplewood: Court Administrator (1995 to 2003), Provisional Judge (1998 to 2003), Prosecuting Attorney (2003 to 2004), Provisional Judge 2006-to present. City of Beverly Hills: Prosecuting Attorney (2000 to present). City of Lakeshire: Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (2002 to 2004), Prosecuting Attorney (2004 to 2006), City Attorney 2004 to 2006. City of DesPeres: Special Prosecutor 2000 to 2001). City of Normandy: Judicial Selection Committee (2003).
Stuart O'Brien is also a member of the St. Louis County Municipal Judges Association as well as the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association. He has also provided pro bono legal services for St. Louis Dachshund Rescue.
