Trevor grew up in farm country on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where he spent his youth sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. Trevor is a 2007 graduate of the University of Maryland in College Park, where he graduated with a degree in engineering. While in college, Trevor was the captain of the UMD sailing team as well as a delegate to the Inter-collegiate Sailing Association. After his tenure at the University of Maryland, Trevor attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he participated in mock trials as well as the intellectual property law society. In 2010, Trevor graduated from law school and met and married his delightful wife, Crystal, and decided to make South Carolina his new home. Trevor began his legal career at Nexsen Pruet, LLC, one of the largest litigation law firms in South Carolina. While at Nexsen Pruet, Trevor worked on a variety of hospital, pharmaceutical, state/federal government compliance, and intellectual property lawsuits. Trevor has spent the last 10 years working on civil litigation matters of nearly all variety from premises liability and medical malpractice to products liability and real estate litigation. Trevor is admitted to practice in South Carolina, Maryland, and The United States District Court of South Carolina. He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Technology Committee. Out of the office, Trevor is an avid chef and sailor, passions he shares with his wife, Crystal.

A native of Columbia, Charnell has spent his life around the Pontiac area of South Carolina. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of South Carolina. For over 30 years, Charnell has been representing personal injury victims in Columbia and surrounding communities. Charnell is admitted to practice in all South Carolina state courts as well as the United States District Court for South Carolina and the United States Supreme Court. His personal injury practice includes representation of others in car and truck accidents, nursing home abuse, wrongful death, train accidents, and more. Born in Columbia in 1955, Charnell is the son of Octavia Jacobs Peake and the late Collie Peake, Jr. He has been married to Cindy Davis Peake since 1979, and they have two children, Josh and Amanda. Josh Peake is married to Jennifer Bessinger Peake, and they have two children, Cameran Nicole and Caley Anne. Amanda Peake Glover is married to Benji Walker Glover, and they have three children, Hope Micah, Reagan Faith, and Caroline Brooke. Charnell attended Richland School District 2 schools, as did his wife and children, all of whom are graduates of Spring Valley High School. Charnell and Cindy continue to be active in the community while also staying involved in various mission projects with local to global outreach. He enjoys playing golf in his spare time and is an avid Gamecock football fan.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law and a life-long South Carolina resident, Matt Jepertinger focuses his practice at Callison Tighe on civil litigation. Prior to law school and a legal career, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and worked as a Registered Nurse in an intensive care unit at a large South Carolina regional medical center. In his legal practice, Matt combines his medical experience and training with the practice of law. This experience gives his clients insight when being advised on their legal rights and any potential claims involving the healthcare industry. After leaving the medical field, Matt attended law school at the University of South Carolina and was the recipient of the William P. Walker Jr. Scholarship. During law school, Matt served as a member of the Moot Court Bar and as a staff member of the ABA Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Journal. Matt earned Dean’s List honors multiple semesters and won the prestigious CALI Award in Trial Advocacy, an honor given to the student with the highest score in a given law school class. Between semesters, Matt worked as a summer associate for two South Carolina law firms, focusing on healthcare fraud, white collar criminal defense and real estate litigation. Matt came to Callison Tighe in his final year of law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney after successfully being admitted to the South Carolina Bar. Matt has volunteered in Central and South America and has summitted Mt. Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain in the world and one of the Seven Summits.
