About Suneel
Suneel Arora is a registered patent attorney and a shareholder of Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner P.A. His practice includes strategic counseling and patent procurement in electrical, software, mechanical, and biomedical technologies. Previously, Suneel was a Senior Engineer at Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc., a division of Guidant Corp., where he designed low-power integrated circuits for power conversion and regulation, precision references, switched-capacitor filters, and analog-to-digital converters used in implantable pacemakers and defibrillators. Suneel received his J.D. (summa cum laude; class valedictorian) from William Mitchell College of Law (1999). Suneel was also a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Paul A. Magnuson, U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota (1999-2000), where he worked primarily in the areas of patent, copyright, and trademark infringement and validity, but also in the areas of commercial transactions and securities, government contracts, franchise law, employment law, and constitutional violations. Suneel was named one of fifteen "Up and Coming Attorneys" by Minnesota Lawyer (2004).
