About Suzanne
Suzanne M. Wagner began her legal practice in 1988, specializing in the area of family law, including dissolution of marriage, modification of child custody, child relocation, paternity and adoptions. She is a registered Family Law Mediator and is regularly appointed to mediate family law disputes. Additionally, Ms. Wagner has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Association.
Ms. Wagner serves as editor of Family Matters, the statewide publication of the Family Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. She is also the editor of Domestic Help, the newsletter published by the Family Law Section of the Allen County Bar Association. Ms. Wagner is Northwest Indiana's (Third District) representative to the Family Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association, and serves as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Allen County Bar Association. Her other areas of practice include criminal law and civil litigation.
