Tim Coode is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from Texas Christian University, earning his B.A. in History in 1981. He then attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he received his JD/MBA degree in 1986. In 1987, he was admitted to practice law in the state of Tennessee. He has also been admitted in the federal District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. Mr. Coode has been a solo practitioner since 1992, with a practice concentrating on immigration matters and Social Security Disability claims. Since 1992 his immigration practice has covered all aspects of immigration law. Common issues are relative- and employment- based adjustment of status, extension and changes of immigration status, removal defense, asylum claims, and employment based non-immigrant visas. He has successfully represented foreign nationals in immigration related matters in front of the Executive Office of Immigration Review, i.e., the Immigration Court, in Memphis, Tennessee, New Orleans, Louisiana, and Oakdale, Louisiana. He has also successfully represented foreign nationals in immigration related matters in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Coode has been an invited speaker on immigration matters at judicial and legal conferences.

L. ERIC EBBERT is the owner of the Ebbert Law Firm, which he created in 2020. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Florida. He practices in the areas of Labor & Employment law - Management, business litigation, and health care liability. His emphasis on Labor & Employment law includes counseling and defending employers in state and federal courts and before government agencies under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act, and state employment laws; conducting high-level investigations; management training; and employment contracts. His litigation practice also includes real property, breach of contract, tort liability, products liability, and health care liability, as well as the full spectrum of business-to-business litigation. Eric has tried more than 30 cases, representing regional, national, and multi-national companies, through all stages of litigation and appeals. Eric received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, and the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Litigation/Labor & Employment. Since 2007 Eric has served as a member of the District Investigatory Committee of the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners. He is a member of the Tennessee and Knoxville Bar Associations, a member of SHRM, and a member of the Board of the Senior Citizens Home Assistance Service, Inc. He devotes his personal time to family and church.

Growing up in Grainger County, Tennessee I spent many days picking tomatoes and beans, cutting tobacco and hauling hay. I love being involved with the people of this county. My husband, Ron, and I love our animals.  We have a horse named Elmer.  We also have a donkey, Babybell, and a Shih Tzu, named Piddles.  My parents are Margaret and J.C. Jones of Rutledge. My sisters are Janie Kaufman, Jamie Graves, and Cindy Collins. My daughter and office assistant is Casey Lett. I have two grandchildren, Isaac and Maryah.
