Mr. Spaulding is a previous law clerk for the Honorable Judge Rowland Barnes, Fulton County Superior Court where he gained invaluable experience and insight into the decision making of judges and jurors. He also previously worked for the Atlanta Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
After law school, Mr. Spaulding decided to devote his career to helping plaintiffs and their families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a result, Mr. Spaulding has gained invaluable experience litigating and trying personal injury and wrongful death matters to juries throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, a State organization of personal injury trial lawyers dedicated to representing only plaintiffs.
