About Theodore
Atlanta lawyer Theodore A. Spaulding has successfully represented serious injury victims and their families throughout metro-Atlanta and the entire State of Georgia for nearly a decade. Mr. Spaulding is a previous law clerk for the Honorable Judge Rowland Barnes, Fulton County Superior Court where he gained invaluable experience and insight into the decision making of judges and jurors. He also previously worked for the Atlanta Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
After law school, Mr. Spaulding decided to devote his career to helping plaintiffs and their families who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a result, Mr. Spaulding has gained invaluable experience litigating and trying personal injury and wrongful death matters to juries throughout metro Atlanta and North Georgia.
He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, a State organization of personal injury trial lawyers dedicated to representing only plaintiffs. Mr. Spaulding is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts; the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court; 11th Circuit Court of Appeals; Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court.
