Founding Partner of Wooldridge & Jezek, LLP, Thomas C. Wooldridge leads our Federal Criminal Defense Division.  Mr. Wooldridge has represented clients from all over the world, in Federal Courts all over America, finding success with innovative and aggressive legal defenses.   Mr. Wooldridge is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations.  Mr. Wooldridge accepts cases all over the country through his associations with a nationwide network of defense attorneys.
 
Mr. Wooldridge was a 1995 honor graduate of the United States Army Advanced Individual Training Program and proudly served in the 82nd Airborne Infantry Division.  A 1999 graduate of Methodist University, he twice led its debate team to American Debate Association National Championships.  A leader of Southern Illinois University’s Appellate Moot Court Team, he led his squad to a Semi-Finalist award in the prestigious Seton Hall University Criminal Procedure Competition.
 
Standing firm in the belief that the Defense Attorney’s role is to protect the individual from the government, Mr. Wooldridge rises to the challenge of victory in cases investigated by federal agents from the FBI, DEA, Secret Service, and ATF. In keeping with his efforts to fight for the individual, Thomas C. Wooldridge also represents clients in employment and labor law issues relating to severance package negotiations, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and antidiscrimination law.
