Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Recently obtained a substantial settlement for a client in a contested claim who was ultimately able to use some of that money to start a successful business.

How did you build a successful practice?

Building relationships with clients, who refer over half of the new cases we handle each year.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Honesty, competence, and ultimately someone you can actually talk to when you need to. A lawyer should be available to speak with their clients, whether its a text message or a phone call.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Each jurisdiction is different, with different judges following different procedures. Our practice is focused on the areas where we know what to expect and can competently advise our clients.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

This will depend on the case, but most times we can provide an overview of what to expect from the claim and the process of how everything will work going forward. We routinely answer most client questions in the initial call.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

This will depend on the case, but generally the facts underlying the claim so that it can be properly evaluated.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Our office operates as more of a family. You have your lawyer's cell phone number, so if you have a quick question or emergency on a Saturday night, your lawyer is a text message away.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Providing opportunity to people who have endured one of the hardest events of their lives

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Real Estate, Swimming

Are you involved in your community?

We do pro-bono work within our community when hiring a lawyer would be cost prohibitive, but the interest of justice requires intervention
