How did you build a successful practice?
My practice has been built by word of mouth based on knowledge of the law, hard work, attentiveness and responsiveness of our staff, avoiding litigation where possible but willing to litigate when necessary, and an individualized, practical, problem-solving, result-oriented approach to our client's problems.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should look for an experienced Board-certified specialist. I am proud to have been within the initial group of attorneys certified by The Florida Bar as specialists in labor and employment law.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We will identify potential claims or defenses, statutes of limitations, and legal mechanisms applicable to the client's problem. We will provide an overview of applicable law and explain the reasons for our advice and opinions in that context.

We will determine all information needed to advise the client based on the particular problem and objectives for resolution.
