About Timothy
Tim specializes in civil litigation of both defense and plaintiff claims including automobile negligence actions, premises liability claims and insurance and contract law.
Tim is a 1974 graduate of Wheeling University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his law degree from Wayne State University in 1977. He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and U.S. Federal District Court in 1997.
As present senior partner of the firm, Tim maintains consistent client contact and presents seminars to clients on topics involving premises liability and Michigan No Fault law. He is qualified as a neutral and defense arbitrator and mediator in area courts and is affiliated with the American, Oakland, Macomb, Detroit, and Southfield Bar Associations. He is a member of the Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.
