In May 2003 Tim was honored with membership in the Angel Flight Central Golden Eagle Society, recognizing his contribution of more than 1,000 non-pilot volunteer hours. He remains an active volunteer pilot flying people in need.

Tim has been a speaker on medical malpractice topics at legal education seminars, medical schools, and for resident-physician education at local hospitals.

Representative Cases

Thompson v. Anand et al. (Jackson County Circuit Court). A defense verdict was obtained on behalf of an emergency room physician and physician corporation in a case involving the brain damage of a three week old infant. This case was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Weekly as one of the top ten defense verdicts in Missouri in 2005.

Millard v. Corrado, 14 S.W.3d 42 (Mo.App. 1999). In this combination product liability/medical malpractice case, our firm represented a lady who was seriously injured in a car wreck. Her injuries were exacerbated when an on-call doctor failed to show up at a hospital emergency room.
