Tim Orrick Graduated the University of Kansas Law School in 1985. He has been a partner in the firm of Foth & Orrick since 1994. He is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. His trial practice consists of civil litigation and real estate law. The foundation, and origin, of the firm's real estate practice is eminent domain litigation. Tim Orrick has represented in excess of 100 cases to court-appointed appraisers, has tried approximately 25 eminent domain jury trials and has argued numerous domain issues before the Kansas Supreme Court.
