I've built my practice on one simple premise, and that is to always being responsive to my client's needs and work hard to see that those needs are met in a timely manner. Almost 100% percent of my clients are referrals from clients who I've represented in the past.

I believe that clients should look for a lawyer that puts their needs first, keep them informed of his or her progress in their case, always return their phone calls, and most importantly be honest with them about the good and bad aspects of their case.

A good lawyer will help the client through the mine field of obstacles that could affect the outcome of their case from start to finish. It starts with a free phone consultation which should be done as soon after the accident as possible, once the injury occurs the timing of a number of factors becomes very important to the successful outcome of the case. During the phone consultation I will help the client determine what type of case he or she might have, what type of treatment may be required and where to go for treatment if the client has not already sought treatment. The information that I gather in the phone consultation will help me evaluate the strengths and weakness of the case and most importantly educated the client about their claim. The phone consultation will also help me in setting up the collision claim, med pay claim, and the liability claim. At the conclusion of the consultation I will give the client a check list of what to do and what not to do.

I may not be a doctor, but I have handled 1000's of car accident cases over the years and with every case I've reviewed 1000's of medical reports to understand the clients injuries. One of my strongest suits, is my ability to accurately detail the clients injuries to the adjuster or the jury in a way that is understandable. My goal has always been to try my best to get the fact finder to feel my client's pain and to understand how this injury may affect the client in the future both physically and financially. I over the last 20 years developed a reputation with 100's of insurance adjusters from every insurance company in Georgia and across the county of being fair but tough. My office is always polite and friendly with the opposing insurance adjuster, we often agree to disagree about the value of a claim, but usually are able to find some common ground to get the case resolved. Some lawyers treat insurance adjusters badly, which causes the case not to get resolved favorably for their client and the next case that he or she has with that adjuster for a different client; will cause that case to be undervalued as well. I believe that the reputation that I have developed over the last 20 years with the insurance industry helps all of my clients get top dollar for their cases.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is to be able to help my clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve, and to better their lives and their families lives.
