Troy T. Schwant is an experienced civil litigation attorney who focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters and business disputes. Mr. Schwant joined the law firm of Burns, Cunningham & Mackey, P.C. in 2008, after conducting a successful practice in Jackson, Mississippi following law school at Ole Miss. He recently successfully secured a seven-figure arbitration award in a condominium dispute and has several jury trials scheduled in Mobile County Circuit Courts this Spring.
Mr. Schwant is admitted to practice in the state courts of Alabama and Mississippi, in the Federal U.S. District Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. He is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. He is a current or former member of the following: the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Hinds County Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar Association, and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association.
