Mr. Novotny was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He graduated from Creighton Prep High School in 1995. Subsequently, he attended and obtained a BSBA degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 1999. In 2003, Mr. Novotny graduated from the Creighton University School of Law. Since graduating from law school Mr. Novotny has worked at two insurance defense firms, defending individuals and entities sued under various legal theories. Mr. Novotny has over nine years experience working on litigated matters; including but not limited to the following: Personal Injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls.
