Taylor Percival James is an associate attorney at Weber Law Group, PLLC. Her practice is focused on civil and business litigation. She also works on other business and transactional matters, including entity formation and commercial agreements. Ms. James has been licensed to practice law in Utah since 2025. Prior to joining Weber Law Group, she worked as a law clerk at a Utah law firm and at the Utah Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel. During law school she worked as a judicial extern for Justice Diana Hagen on the Utah Supreme Court and Judge Brent Bartholomew on the Utah Fourth District Juvenile Court. Ms. James also volunteered at the BYU Community Legal Clinic, was an Executive Editor of the BYU Law Review, and participated as a member of Moot Court Team. Ms. James grew up in Fort Worth, Texas but has called Utah home for many years. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her husband and her dog, read, and watch football.

Damon is licensed in Nevada and Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Damon provides services in Divorce, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation . Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas where he ran his own law practice.

Prior to becoming a family law attorney, Attorney James H. Woodall earned a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering and worked for several years in the offshore oil industry. Looking for a more competitive work environment, Mr. Woodall attended law school at the University of Utah. He graduated second in his class. Mr. Woodall was Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1988 and clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has practiced law in Utah, Nevada, Colorado, and Wyoming. Mr. Woodall limits his practice to family law, from uncontested divorces to highly complicated matters involving issues such as child custody, alimony, and child support. Mr. Woodall’s over 30 years of experience make him a formidable attorney in the courtroom and a knowledgeable advocate. He has substantial experience in complex divorce matters including high-asset and high-income cases. His attention to detail is paralleled by few. Mr. Woodall enjoys working – he works holidays and weekends. On Fridays, he is known to quip, “just two more workdays until Monday.” Mr. Woodall retired from the Utah National Guard at the rank of Colonel after 22 years of service. He is intimately familiar with issues unique to military divorces and military retirement. Mr. Woodall continues to serve military service members.

Attorney Brad Carr graduated from Baylor Law School on a full-tuition academic scholarship. Baylor is consistently ranked by US News as one of the top three schools in the nation for trial advocacy. During his time there, he participated in Baylor’s nationally recognized practice court program and received several awards for trial advocacy. Mr. Carr’s practice focuses on family law and landlord representation. He has handled dozens of bench trials, jury trials, hundreds of hearings, and filed thousands of motions. In 1995 Justin received his Associates degree from Dixie College in St. George, Utah. While at Dixie, Justin competed on the National Debate and Forensics circuit. Justin placed in the top three nationally in multiple events and was the recipient of the Bowler award granted annually to the top orator at the School. Following his success at Dixie College Justin went to Southern Utah University and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.In 2000 Justin received his Juris Doctor from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. His extensive training in area of public speaking has assisted him as he heads the litigation section of the law firm. Justin's litigation experience has been acquired through his representation of clients in front of numerous tribunals, administrative bodies, and courts. Several such forums of note are the United Nations High Commission on Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, the New Mexico Supreme Court, Multiple appellate courts, and differing state courts ranging from New Jersey, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Alaska, and California. Additionally, Justin has extensive training in estate planning matters which extends his responsibilities to our firm's estate planning division. Justin also has enjoyed substantial success in Securities litigation and Business formation. His most notable case in this arena was a judgment of over eight million dollars ($8,000,000.00) awarded by a securities arbitration panel in favor of our client. At the time this was the largest settlement ever awarded in securities arbitration. Recently, Justin was the lead attorney in the case against Provo city regarding the 911 call where EMS personnel were improperly dispatched. Our clients received a settlement of $220,000.  Justin has assisted in teaching numerous CLE courses in computerized legal research.Justin was born and raised in Utah. He is the proud father of 4 children and has been happily married for over ten years. He enjoys many sports including basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, and football. He is an avid off-roader that loves to hunt and fish. Recently he bagged an Alaskan caribou that scored 380+ on the Boone and Crocket scale and also caught a 62 pound Halibut off the coast of Oregon.
