Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.

Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires. In all of his cases, Mr. Kaas is committed to ensuring that his clients fully understand the legal process and providing his clients with the counsel, information, and resources they need to feel comfortable with the process and to make the best decisions for them.

Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims. His experience has taught him how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they defend a claim. Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies. Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case. Jake is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He has a wife and three children. When not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, walking his dogs, riding his dirt bike, or spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan.

Scott has represents clients who have been seriously injured in auto crashes, slip and falls, work accidents, and Social Security disability claims. Scott speaks Spanish and represents many Spanish speaking clients. Scott Lythgoe was raised in Ogden, Utah. After serving a LDS mission to Spain, Scott enrolled at Utah State University and the Air Force ROTC program. Scott was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force where he flew operational combat support missions during the first and second Gulf Wars. Scott is now retired from the Utah Air National Guard. Scott earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah College of Law.

Kimberly provides services in the areas of Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. Kimberly Stevens was raised in Midvale, Utah. She earned a degree in Economics from Weber State University. Kimberly attended Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. Upon earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Kimberly worked as an attorney for a municipality and also opened her own law office. Kimberly and her husband then decided to return to Utah.

Damon is licensed in Nevada and Utah and speaks fluent Spanish. Damon provides services in Divorce, Family Law, Probate and Trust Litigation . Damon E. Morris spent his youth in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Provo, Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada. After serving an LDS mission to Argentina, Damon earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Damon then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. Following graduation, Damon practiced law in Las Vegas where he ran his own law practice.
