Brian C. Stewart is a litigation attorney at Parker & McConkie, Personal Injury Lawyers. Brian has devoted his legal practice and career to representing people and families injured in accidents. James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. He has developed his practice of providing outstanding personal legal services to a select clientele ranging from airline companies to medical device development and manufacturing companies. His expertise is particularly helpful in new company development and reorganizations and restructuring of struggling companies. His trial experience is extensive and broad from complex tax matters to white-collar criminal tax matters. In addition to his experience in the practice of law, he was a board member of the Utah State Department of Professional Licensing and Chairman of the licensing board, President of the Utah Chapter of NAPEO, co-chair of the Utah State Bar Task Force on administrative law reform, Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College, University of Nevado-Reno and an avid outdoorsman and family man.​

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah’s clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah and Nevada State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Nevada and the District of Utah.

Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

Brad DeBry previously worked at Robert J. DeBry & Associates in various capacities for more than 25 years.(Brad DeBry is not associated or affiliated with Robert J. DeBry & Associates, P.C.) Brad started out sweeping the floors and making copies at Robert DeBry & Associates while still a young man, and upon seeing how the work his father Robert performed on behalf of others made a difference in their lives, he knew that this was the path he wanted to take. Excited to start his own law firm The LawyerUp Injury Group now serves clients throughout Utah and Idaho. More than anything else, Brad is motivated by helping people navigate through the difficult and traumatic experiences in their lives. Finding ways to help families receive the financial compensation to cover medical bills, rent, and other expenses to overcome these trials and move on is what brings Brad satisfaction in his work. Brad received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 1990 before going on to receive his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1996. George T. Waddoups has practiced law since 1982. Born and raised in Brigham City, Utah, George has enjoyed practicing law in the state of Utah because of the deep sense of community he feels for Utahans. George has always been involved with the community, whether teaching high school seminary or coaching baseball, basketball or soccer. He is motivated by his sense of civic and community responsibility. George has often spoken to high school civics and history classes. After graduating from the Utah State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-law, as well as a minor in Economics, he pursued a Juris Doctorate from Memphis State University. George has always felt that education is a high priority and has instilled that in his five children. Two of his five children, Riley and Michelle Waddoups, both practice law. George has represented many people over the years, recovering over $300 million dollars for his clients in settlements and verdicts, and has reached numerous seven and eight-figure settlements. One of George’s most notable cases involved a trucking accident, which resulted in a wrongful death. George’s client was traveling on the highway, when a semi-truck made a left turn in front of him. He had little time to react, and the impact of the incident killed him. The jury reached a verdict in the case and awarded George’s client and gave his family $58.5 million dollars. This was a major relief to the victim’s family to help for future expenses that would come as a result of losing their father. George is a member of numerous legal organizations. George is rated by his peers and has been nominated a Super Lawyer for ten years, and Legal Elite for many years. Over his thirty-nine years of practice, George has been recognized nationally for his work. George has also been recognized as one of the The National Trial Lawyers Top 100, an award that recognizes an attorney’s success in preserving justice for all. George has worked tirelessly in advocating for his clients’ relief through getting justice and obtaining fair compensation from insurance companies. Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims. His experience has taught him how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they defend a claim. Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies. Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case. Jake is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He has a wife and three children. When not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, walking his dogs, riding his dirt bike, or spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan.
