Gallian Welker & Beckstrom was founded over 30 years ago, and was originally named Gallian and Westfall, then later Gallian, Westfall, Wilcox, Welker & Olson. In recent years, Mike Westfall and Jeff Wilcox have been appointed to be District Court Judges for the state of Utah, which demonstrates the high standard of ethics and performance GWB expects in their attorneys. GWB has grown to house St George Utah Attorneys and also an office in Las Vegas, with a total of 12 attorneys. We have attorneys who are variously licensed in Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and California. Melton Law was founded by William L. Melton. William has taken pride in serving his clients and his community for many years. After experiencing his own encounters with the legal system he decided to dedicate his career to the pursuit of law. William has been involved in proactively changing to improve the community in multiple ways throughout his career. In addition to fighting for his clients in the courtroom, William is also actively involved in making changes at the legislative level. In 2015, William helped lobby and successfully pass the alternative parent-time schedule. This new law substantially increased the amount of time that non-custodial parents receive with their children. Additionally, William is an appointed member by the governor to a state Child Support Guidelines Committee. The committee is responsible for making recommendations to the legislature for changes to the child support guidelines. William has worked on hundreds of different cases from minor traffic infractions to major sex crimes and white-collar crimes. William is an experienced trial attorney with experience on all sides of a criminal case. During law school, William clerked for the Hon. Judge Parker in the Third Judicial District Court, he assisted clients in the Idaho Street Law Clinic and worked in the Utah County Attorney's Office prosecuting cases in both their misdemeanor and major crimes divisions. William loves working with his clients and doing everything in his power to help them resolve their cases with the absolute best possible outcome. Thomas Weber is an aggressive, careful, and detail oriented defense attorney and litigator. His experience and focus is in defending misdemeanor and felony DUI, drug, violence, and white collar crime. If you have been arrested for any crime in Utah, he can help. Mr. Weber also takes specific consulting cases involving international law. Mr. Weber has worked for the international law firm, Anderson & Anderson LLP, in Shanghai, China. He has worked on civil litigation cases involving real property, contracts, business law, bankruptcy, and intellectual property and has defended hundreds of criminal cases. Mr. Weber served as an LDS missionary to Taichung, Taiwan from 2000-2002. Mr. Weber obtained his law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2009, and his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Utah in English in 2004. He holds an international law certificate from the East China University of Politics and Law. Mr. Weber is admitted to the Utah State Bar. Mr. Weber speaks Chinese and English. He currently resides in Sandy, Utah, but travels often to China and the Philippines.

Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. Andrew has successfully handled hundreds of personal injury cases and obtained millions of dollars for his clients. He has a breadth of experience in every aspect of personal injury law from simple insurance claims to complex jury trials. Andrew graduated from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. A.S.U. is the 5th ranked law school in the western United States. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Andrew's legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury, workers compensation, and civil litigation. Prior to moving to Arizona for law school, Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Communication from Dixie State University. While at Dixie State, he earned The Dean’s Scholarship, and he worked as the play-by-play broadcaster for Dixie State College basketball and football. Andrew’s background is in sales and marketing. He worked full-time jobs while earning both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctorate degree. He gets great satisfaction out of putting his skills into practice by helping clients recover what is fair after an injury. Big insurance companies have teams of attorneys at their disposal. Their job is to offer injured parties as little of a recovery as they can get away with. Andrew very much enjoys leveling the playing field. In his free time, Andrew enjoys the many outdoor activities Southern Utah has to offer, and he is a bit of a fantasy football enthusiast. Andrew Spainhower is a licensed attorney in both Arizona and Utah. He is affiliated with the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and The Central Utah Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Utah State Courts, all Arizona state Courts, and the Federal District Courts for the District of Utah.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.

After receiving his B.A. from Brigham Young University, Joseph Jardine studied at the University of Idahos College of Law, graduating with his juris doctor degree and quickly passing bar exams in both Idaho and Utah. With over 100 trials on his resume, Joseph possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to help Farmington and Davis County residents secure the futures they deserve.

Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Now, he practices exclusively in dog-bite and auto-accident cases.

Kevin Swenson was raised in Bountiful, Utah, and is a co-founding partner of Swenson & Shelley. After graduating from Bountiful High School, Kevin attended business school at Westminster College. While in college, Kevin owned and ran a sign company and also worked as an ambulance driver and firefighter. Kevin loved his work in the emergency medical arena. His career as a personal injury attorney allows Kevin to continue devoting his time to assisting injured people. Kevin graduated from law school at the University of Utah and then worked as a defense attorney for insurance companies. Through that experience he learned how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they attack a claim. In 2010 Kevin "changed camps" and and switched to representing injured individuals in his community rather than the multi-billion dollar insurance companies that fight those claims of those individuals.

Run-Zhi was born in a small town in southern China, and left home at 17 to attend college hundreds of miles away in Wuhan. Following college, Run-Zhi came to Texas to pursue a Ph.D. in life sciences at Texas A&M University. In pursuing the American dream, RunZhi always gives one-hundred percent no matter how difficult the task. It was in Texas that Run-Zhi experienced first-hand how complex and impactful the law can be in one’s life and was inspired to pursue a legal career. After completing his Ph.D., Run-Zhi attended The University of Michigan Law School where he received the Clyde A. Dewitt Law Scholarship. After obtaining his law degree, RunZhi worked in the biotechnology industry for almost a decade and authored numerous research articles and book chapters. Run-Zhi is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, Utah, and the USPTO, with a focus on intellectual property. Run-Zhi previously worked at an IP boutique law firm helping his clients secure, transfer, and protect their intangible assets, and vigorously defending their rights against infringement. His experience includes patent prosecution, complex litigation of patent, trademark, and copyright matters, as well as personal injury civil litigation. He has represented individual and corporation clients in various IP and civil matters.
