Kevin Swenson was raised in Bountiful, Utah, and is a co-founding partner of Swenson & Shelley. After graduating from Bountiful High School, Kevin attended business school at Westminster College. While in college, Kevin owned and ran a sign company and also worked as an ambulance driver and firefighter. Kevin loved his work in the emergency medical arena. His career as a personal injury attorney allows Kevin to continue devoting his time to assisting injured people. Kevin graduated from law school at the University of Utah and then worked as a defense attorney for insurance companies. Through that experience he learned how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they attack a claim. In 2010 Kevin "changed camps" and and switched to representing injured individuals in his community rather than the multi-billion dollar insurance companies that fight those claims of those individuals.

Run-Zhi was born in a small town in southern China, and left home at 17 to attend college hundreds of miles away in Wuhan. Following college, Run-Zhi came to Texas to pursue a Ph.D. in life sciences at Texas A&M University. In pursuing the American dream, RunZhi always gives one-hundred percent no matter how difficult the task. It was in Texas that Run-Zhi experienced first-hand how complex and impactful the law can be in one’s life and was inspired to pursue a legal career. After completing his Ph.D., Run-Zhi attended The University of Michigan Law School where he received the Clyde A. Dewitt Law Scholarship. After obtaining his law degree, RunZhi worked in the biotechnology industry for almost a decade and authored numerous research articles and book chapters. Run-Zhi is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, Utah, and the USPTO, with a focus on intellectual property. Run-Zhi previously worked at an IP boutique law firm helping his clients secure, transfer, and protect their intangible assets, and vigorously defending their rights against infringement. His experience includes patent prosecution, complex litigation of patent, trademark, and copyright matters, as well as personal injury civil litigation. He has represented individual and corporation clients in various IP and civil matters.

Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Nate is the head of the litigation department at McMullin Injury Law. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experience in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we Southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. He loves being available to his clients to walk them through the process and answer any questions. His breadth of litigation and trial experience has given Nate the reputation of a bit of a bulldog. Nate graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and then stayed at the U to complete law school as well. His legal education from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah gave Nate exposure to top-notch legal training in a variety of areas of the law. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He also loves board sports including snowboarding, skimboarding on the Virgin River, and Onewheeling around his neighborhood. Nate is married and has two young children.

Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.
