Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires. Dan began practicing law in 1989 with the Salt Lake City law firm of Kimball, Parr, Crockett and Waddoups. He subsequently joined his father-in-law in his practice in Heber Valley. Shortly thereafter, he was asked to join the County Attorney’s staff in Wasatch County, and served as Deputy County Attorney. Dan became the County Attorney in 1993, and served as the chief prosecutor and civil attorney for Wasatch County. As such, he successfully prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases in state and local courts. He also helped write the land-use code for Wasatch County and represented the County in all civil matters. In 1999, the County Commissioners asked Dan to oversee the establishment and development of several special service districts in Wasatch County. Dan served as general manager and attorney for up to six special service districts for approximately 16 years. In that capacity, Dan oversaw the financing and construction of over $200 million worth of water infrastructure. He has worked on numerous land-use, development and water projects in and around Wasatch County. Dan grew up in Wyoming, but has lived and practiced law in the Heber Valley for the past 25 years. He and his wife, BettyJo, are the parents of seven children. He enjoys backpacking, mountaineering and poking around in old mines. He speaks some Japanese, and is working on learning French.

Stephen Hill is a member of our Fire Litigation Division and leads our Utah office. Over the past decade, he has represented hundreds of property owners in California and Utah on claims against power companies for wildfire damage.

Jake graduated from law school at the University of Utah and has several years of experience working for both insurance companies and injured victims. His experience has taught him how insurance companies work, how they think, and how they defend a claim. Jake enjoys and prefers assisting people who are injured by the wrongful acts of others and holding insurance companies' feet to the fire to provide a fair resolution. Understanding the defense strategies used by insurance companies has enabled Jake to use that knowledge to assist injured parties and collect the money they deserve from insurance companies. Jake takes great pride in getting things right for his clients, down to the last detail. He takes time to explain the process to his clients so that they feel comfortable and understand what is happening with their case. Jake is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada. He has a wife and three children. When not working, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, walking his dogs, riding his dirt bike, or spending time with his family. He is also an avid sports fan.

After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, Corbin returned to his home town to practice law. Over the intervening years, Corbin has gained substantial experience in water law, real estate law, corporate law, criminal defense, mediation, civil litigation, and estate planning. Among Corbin’s experiences are jury trials and appeals to the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Corbin has represented judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission and has worked extensively with the Utah State Engineer’s office for water rights. In his free time, Corbin enjoys writing music and playing in a band. He and his wife, Heather, love spending time out of doors with their four children.

Marie has practiced in Heber Valley for 11 years, and has broad experience practicing in Wasatch County and Utah County. She enjoys working in Heber Valley, and practices law in the following areas: family law, adoptions, divorce, post-divorce modifications, water law, boundary issues, easement and property issues, child welfare, contracts, criminal defense, landlord/tenant, and general civil litigation.

Addison provides services in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate Law. Because of his business background, Addison acts as Mountain View Law Group's Managing Attorney. Addison D. Larreau, originally from Seattle, Washington, grew up working with and operating businesses with his family. Addison attended Eastern Oregon University, where he was awarded Eastern’s highest honor, President’s Scholar. After graduating from Eastern with High Honors, Addison attended University of Utah College of Law, earning a a Juris Doctorate and completing the Business Planning Capstone.

Kimberly provides services in the areas of Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. Kimberly Stevens was raised in Midvale, Utah. She earned a degree in Economics from Weber State University. Kimberly attended Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. Upon earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Kimberly worked as an attorney for a municipality and also opened her own law office. Kimberly and her husband then decided to return to Utah.
