Nathan Langston was raised here in St. George, Utah. He can relate to our locals in that some of us may be a bit hesitant to even contact a personal injury attorney. Nate gets it, and he can help. Before joining our firm in 2018, Nate spent most of the last decade working at three different large personal injury law firms across the State of Utah. He has an enormous amount of experience in litigating cases through lawsuits once negotiations with the insurance company break down. Nate is a seasoned trial lawyer with a vast amount of jury trial experience. His experience in personal injury motion practice is second to none in Southern Utah. Nate knows all too well the runaround we Southern Utahn’s get when dealing with insurance claims departments. He loves being available to his clients to walk them through the process and answer any questions. His breadth of litigation and trial experience has given Nate the reputation of a bit of a bulldog. Nate graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and then stayed at the U to complete law school as well. His legal education from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah gave Nate exposure to top-notch legal training in a variety of areas of the law. Nate enjoys off-roading and camping in Utah’s Dixie National Forest with his family. He also loves board sports including snowboarding, skimboarding on the Virgin River, and Onewheeling around his neighborhood. Nate is married and has two young children.

Originally from Colorado, Cory completed her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Utah State University before moving on to the University of Utah for law school. She enjoys using her education and experience to help others in the Tooele community. Cory has practiced in numerous areas, including real estate, construction defect, constitutional law, family law, and more. Recently, Cory has enjoyed narrowing her practice areas to estate planning, personal injury, and public defense. Over the past few years, Cory has become even more passionate about protecting the rights of disadvantaged members of her community and has focused her criminal practice on public defense. Cory genuinely enjoys her work as the Tooele County Managing Defender and her role in elevating defense resources for all persons charged with a crime.

James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. He has developed his practice of providing outstanding personal legal services to a select clientele ranging from airline companies to medical device development and manufacturing companies. His expertise is particularly helpful in new company development and reorganizations and restructuring of struggling companies. His trial experience is extensive and broad from complex tax matters to white-collar criminal tax matters. In addition to his experience in the practice of law, he was a board member of the Utah State Department of Professional Licensing and Chairman of the licensing board, President of the Utah Chapter of NAPEO, co-chair of the Utah State Bar Task Force on administrative law reform, Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College, University of Nevado-Reno and an avid outdoorsman and family man.​

Anthony McMullin is the founding partner of McMullin Injury Law and the firm carries his name. Anthony was raised in St. George, Utah—the same town where the main office of McMullin Injury Law is located. He completed coursework for a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Relations at Southern Utah University (SUU) in 2006. After college, he was accepted to the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree in 2008. During law school, he honed his researching skills as a Research Assistant for Professor Bruce C. French, a law professor and a licensed practicing attorney. Anthony’s ability to research and understand important information about a case is something that his current clients greatly appreciate. After he graduated from law school, Anthony accepted a position at Jacob Hafter & Associates in Las Vegas, Nevada. At this law firm, he focused on real estate transactions and loan modifications. Although he enjoyed his work in Las Vegas, he moved back to St. George in 2009 to help clients who have been injured by the negligent actions of someone else. Anthony is skilled at negotiating with insurance adjusters on behalf of his clients. He understands that people who have been hurt in accidents are facing difficult physical and, often, financial challenges. For those reasons, he is a strong advocate for his clients. Everyone needs some downtime and Anthony spends his golfing, riding his motorcycle, and being with his wife and children in sunny St. George. As a desert dweller, he favors Southwestern Utah’s clear sunny days over the snow and rain of colder climates. While living in Florida for a couple of years during a mission for his church, he developed a love of Cuban food and fresh seafood, but those are tough competitors to his favorite Italian food he gets from the local Pasta Factory. Anthony is a licensed attorney in both Utah and Nevada. He is affiliated with the State Bar of Nevada, the Utah State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association Litigation Division, and the Southern Utah Bar Association. Before John earned his law degree from the University of Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Iowa. Traci Gundersen, Of Counsel, is both a real estate sales agent and real estate attorney with nearly twenty years of experience. Her real estate sales focus on single family residences in Draper and the south Salt Lake valley area. Her law practice covers a broad array of real estate topics, including planning and zoning issues, real estate licensing and ethics rules, and handling landlord/tenant disputes.

Chris has lived throughout the United States but was raised primarily in Davis County. After graduation from Viewmont High School, Chris enlisted in the United States Army. While stationed with the 25th Infantry Division in Anchorage, Alaska, Chris deployed to multiple locations in the Middle East, most notably Afghanistan. After leaving military service, Chris returned to Utah, where he received his bachelor’s degree from Weber State University, graduating magna cum laude and with departmental honors in Criminal Justice in 2017. He then received his law degree from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with high honors in 2021. Chris believes that, while often challenging, the legal system can be accessible and manageable for all clients. He strives to ensure each client has a personalized experience to ensure that the stress and uncertainty of the legal process are minimized as much as possible. Whether in court or through collaborative settlement processes, Chris believes that providing clarity and understanding to each client brings a level of relief that aids in the resolution of cases for all clients. When Chris is not assisting clients, he spends as much time as possible with his wife and daughter exploring all that Utah has to offer. Jantz is the newest attorney at McMullin Injury Law. He has been with our firm since 2022. Jantz works in the litigation team of our firm with Nate Langston and Paul McMullin. Jantz spends 100% of his time litigating cases. That means that when insurance companies won't do what's right, and negotiations break down, Jantz steps in to force their hand. He drafts and files the necessary documents with the court such that we can work towards a judge, jury, or arbitrator deciding what outcome is right so that the insurance company is forced to do the right thing.

I attended college at the University of Utah, graduating Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in English and French. I then attended law school at the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating in the top third of class with my juris doctorate in 2014. I took and passed the Utah State Bar Exam later that summer, and shortly thereafter I went into private practice, working primarily as family/domestic law litigator and criminal defense attorney. After nearly nine years in family law and criminal defense, I decided to move into practice areas other than family/domestic law. As a result, in November 2023, I was fortunate enough to join the highly esteemed and successful law firm of Goebel Anderson PC, where I am practicing general commercial litigation.
