Thomas Weber is an aggressive, careful, and detail oriented defense attorney and litigator. Andrew has been with McMullin Injury Law since 2013. He became a partner at the firm in 2018. While in law school, Andrew was a Dean’s Recruitment Award recipient, a Charles E. Jones Scholar recipient, and he earned the Pedrick Scholar Award for excellence in academic achievement. He also won the “CALI Excellence for the Future Award” for achieving the highest grade in a practical application clinic entitled, “The Litigation Experience.” This was the crowning achievement of Andrew’s legal education as litigation and courtroom techniques had been his focus throughout his law school experience. Andrew also served as the judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Bruce R. Cohen of the Maricopa County Superior Court. Aria Nejad is the founder of ADN Law Group, PLLC. In 2008, Mr. Nejad graduated with honors from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He then worked as an Investment Advisor for Wells Fargo Bank before deciding on attending law school. In 2013, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is licensed to practice law in both Utah State Court and Utah Federal District Court. During his time in law school Mr. Nejad testified in front of the Utah State Senate and Utah House of Representatives on public policy matters. He assisted the ACLU by drafting Research Memoranda, Testimony, and Legislative Briefing Summaries on various bills during the 2012 and 2013 legislative sessions on Utah’s Capitol Hill. In 2012, he was awarded the Fabian Law Scholarship for his dedication to Pro-Bono work & academic excellence. In addition to his law school experience, Mr. Nejad has worked in both the public and private sectors of the Utah legal community. Mr. Warner is a lifelong resident of Weber County, Utah. He graduated near the top of his class from the University of Utah Law School. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and the Weber County Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Elder Counsel, organizations devoted to the legal needs of senior citizens, including long term care, medicaid asset protection, estate planning and estate administration. He is a member of the Elder Law and Estate Planning sections of the Utah Bar Association and serves on their Legislative Committee, participating in the oversight of proposed legislation in Utah dealing with estate planning, elder law, probate, guardianships, and related matters. Mr. Warner was appointed by Governor Rampton as Chairman of the Utah Public Service Commission where he oversaw the regulation of all utility and transportation companies in the State of Utah. He returned to the private practice of law and ultimately founded the Warner Law Firm in 1996. Mr. Warner was one of the founders of the Weber County Sheltered Workshop (now Enable Utah).
