Virender Goswami earned his Bachelor's Degree in Economics with honors for Delhi University, India in 1978. He went on to earn his LLB from Delhi University, India where he graduated in the top three percent of his class. In 1981, he became a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India. Since then, he studied law at the University of San Diego in California and received his Master's in Comparative Law in 1988. Mr. Goswami is a member of the State Bar of California since 1987, the American Bar Association since 1987, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 1992.
Virender Kumar Goswami has been a preeminent practicing Immigration lawyer in San Francisco, CA for over 21 years. He worked as an attorney, specializing in immigration matters, with the Thierman Law Partnership and the Law Office of Steven Adair MacDonald in San Francisco. Mr. Goswami established the Law Offices of Virender Kumar Goswami in 1991.
