About W.
Mr. Allen's practice experience encompasses various areas of litigation, both civil and criminal, in state and federal courts. He now emphasizes family law, advising clients and litigating cases involving divorce, alimony, property distribution, child custody and support, separation agreements, premarital agreements, and post-marital agreements. Mr. Allen is certified as a Family Financial Mediator by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission. As a Mediator, Mr. Allen is a neutral third party who assists parties in searching for ways to solve their disputes. Mr. Allen also represents individuals and businesses in bankruptcy and immigration matters. He was an Assistant District Attorney from 1994-2001. Mr. Allen served our nation as an officer in the United States Army Reserve, where he saw duty in the United States and Germany.
