Mark Cassell is Twyford Law Office’s newest Partner. He began at Twyford Law Office in 2016 after graduating from the University of Denver School of Law. He started as an associate attorney at the firm, focusing primarily on Divorce and Family Law. Mark has successfully handled hundreds of family law and divorce cases. He is well known in the community as a strong advocate for his clients and a tremendous trial lawyer. Mark believes in client-centered lawyering, bringing this view to all the cases he works on. He creates a strong bond with each client, viewing cases as a team effort where the client is the captain of the ship. He ensures each client is steered in the proper direction to achieve their goals. Mark is experienced in all areas of family law, including negotiation, mediation, motions, and trial. Mark’s background in engineering and math allows him to excel in high asset and business valuation cases. He has extensive knowledge in these areas and has successfully navigated high asset divorce matters for his clients in both negotiation and trial. Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016, where he graduated with Academic Distinction. He graduated with the highest grades in classes including Evidence, Evidence Practicum, and Family Law: The Divorce. Before earning his J.D., he graduated from the University of Washington with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. He is admitted to the Washington State Bar.
