Robert S. Bullock, Esq., CELA, CAP is the principal of the Elder & Disability Law Center and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. His practice focuses in the areas of Medicaid planning and eligibility, public benefits, Life Care Planning and Management, guardianships, conservatorships, disability planning, supplemental needs trusts, estate planning and general legal issue of competency, insurance coverage, Medicare and Elder Law issues. Mr. Bullock is an honors graduate of Lafayette College, and received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is the only Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) practicing fulltime in the District of Columbia.

Kerri Castellini is a partner and chair of the Trusts and Estates practice group at Price Benowitz LLP. With over a decade of estates and trusts experience, she practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and guardianships for adults and minors. Kerri believes in educating clients. By doing so, she can help them make decisions to protect their loved one’s future based on their wishes. She strives to provide a comprehensive and efficient approach to each case she handles. Her passion is helping individuals and families plan for their future by creating estate plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and unique family dynamic. Kerri also guides clients through the difficult time of losing a loved one by assisting with estate and trust administration. Kerri is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia, and before the Supreme Court of the United States. She currently serves as a Board Member for the Women’s Bar Association Foundation and is a recent past President of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia. She is a member of the Washington D.C. Estate Planning Counsel. In 2012, she was named a Fellow for the American Bar Foundation. Born in Vineland, New Jersey, Kerri studied at Loyola University, Maryland, where she graduated cum laude with a double major in English and Political Science. She continued her education at Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America where she received the First Lap Award for her dedicated service to the law school community during her first year of study. While at the Columbus School of Law, Kerri was the managing editor of the Journal of Contemporary Health Law & Policy, a moot court associate, and a participant of the Columbus Community Legal Services clinic.
