ndrew Watson is a Criminal Defense Attorney who brings a deep commitment to justice, client advocacy, and practical problem-solving to every case he evaluates. With experience spanning courtroom advocacy, legal research, and client support, Andrew helps individuals navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives with clarity and compassion. Andrew is from Rome, Georgia, and earned his law degree from Vanderbilt Law School. His early career included clerking for a superior court judge and working with a public defender’s office, where he “cut his teeth on criminal law” and gained extensive experience in matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony cases. This background allowed him to see firsthand the challenges individuals face when navigating the justice system, shaping his commitment to accessible, high-quality defense work. Before focusing his practice on criminal defense, Andrew also gained experience working in Washington, D.C., where he deepened his understanding of policy and public service. Coming from a family of educators, Andrew remains involved in community-focused legal education programs, helping introduce high school and early college students to the foundations of the law. Outside of his legal work, Andrew enjoys traveling the globe with his fiancé Kathryn, Georgia Bulldogs football, playing guitar, and spending time with his two dogs and cat. Andrew approaches criminal defense with the belief that every client deserves respect, understanding, and a fair chance at the best possible outcome. He emphasizes to clients that “bad actions don’t make you a bad person. You’re not defined by your worst day,” and he carries that philosophy through every interaction. He is driven by the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and to help protect their liberty and future, whether they were wrongly accused or simply made a mistake. Andrew values honest communication, careful case evaluation, and ensuring clients feel both heard and supported throughout the process. Outside of his legal work, Andrew enjoys traveling the globe with his fiancé Kathryn, Georgia Bulldogs football, playing guitar, and spending time with his two dogs and cat.
