Welton K. Wisham is a civil rights attorney with more than 25 years of experience fighting against racial discrimination, racial profiling by the New York City Police Department which resulted in the False Arrest, False Imprisonment, and Malicious Prosecution of hundreds of African Americans in New York City.

As an African American, I have witnessed the victimization of people of color throughout the minority community for years. I have assisted hundreds of individuals in suing police officers who engaged in misconduct, False Arrest, Malicious Prosecution, False Imprisonment, and the Obstruction of Governmental Administration, crimes that were fabricated by New York’s finest.
