About Wendy
Wendy L. Christensen Fountain limits her law practice to representing people in the areas of matrimonial and family law. Her background includes working with the Orange County District Attorney's Office in the Family Support division as a Deputy District Attorney. She also worked with the Domestic Violence Clinic at Community Legal Services. She is a member of the Family Law section of the Orange County Bar and a member of the Robert A. Banyard Inns of Court. Ms. Fountain regularly attends seminars and forums on family law topics. Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Fountain practiced family law for a larger firm.
Ms. Fountain's decision to start her own family law practice was based, in part, on her desire to provide clients with the close, personal attention that is often unavailable in a larger firm setting. Ms. Fountain has a family of her own and she understands the stress that her clients feel when they are in facing a divorce and a judicial system that is complex and unfamiliar to them.
Understanding that most clients prefer to resolve their matrimonial difficulties on an amicable basis, Ms. Fountain prides herself in having significant experience negotiating equitable and just settlements whenever possible.
