Mr. Perez has represented and delivered results for clients in matters involving: landlord tenant, breach of warranties, insurance coverage claims, property damage matters, intentional torts, mediation, negligence claims, dog and animal bites, business litigation, construction, libel slander defamation, civil fraud, the Ohio Consumer Protection Act, personal injury, premises liability (slip and fall), contract and agreement disputes, trespass and boundary disputes, Fair Credit Reporting Act and other civil matters.

Ken is one of the founding Partners and is responsible for both the management of the firm and is the head of the Workers’ Compensation practice. He is a member of the Workers’ Injury Law Group, W.I.L.G., which is a national organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured persons throughout the country. Ken has represented both injured workers and employers at all levels of the administrative process, including dealing with the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) as well as appearing before the Industrial Commission of Ohio (IC) since 1995. He has also been involved in litigation before the Common Pleas Courts throughout Ohio and has been involved in Mandamus Actions before the Court of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court. Ken is a graduate of Wittenberg University (Summa Cum Laude, 1991) and a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law (1994). He has also taught a Business Law Class as an Adjunct Professor at Wittenberg University during 2010 and 2011 and has participated in the evaluation of Senior Business Majors final projects on several occasions at his alma mater.

Born & raised in Dayton, Ohio, attorney Brad Jeckering always knew that he wanted to fight for the rights of regular folks. Brad graduated from Chaminade – Julienne, a Catholic high school in Dayton, which instilled a sense of responsibility and dedication to community. Brad worked as a National Sales Representative for General Electric for several years, after which he decided to attain his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Brad decided to dedicate himself to the legal profession and applied to law school. During his time as a law student at Capital University Law School, Brad worked at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas and a Dublin-based Employment Discrimination Firm as a law clerk. Philip Fulton has represented injured workers and victims of disability since 1980. For his commitment to injured workers, he was given the Distinguished Service Award in 1994 and 2002 by the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and was inducted into the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers' Association Workers' Compensation Hall of Fame in 1997. Frequently asked to lecture to attorneys, legal groups, and doctors all over Ohio on issues dealing with workers' comp, Mr. Fulton is also the author of the well-known treatise on workers' compensation, "Ohio Workers Compensation Law," published by LexisNexis. Mr. Fulton's book is used by workers' compensation attorneys, doctors, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, the Ohio Industrial Commission, and the court system. Mr. Fulton is an Adjunct Professor at the Capital University Law School in Ohio where he teaches Workers' Compensation Law. What should clients look for in a lawyer? Richard has been in private practice since 1968 and has tried numerous civil and criminal cases in his 40 plus year career. Although he no longer practices criminal law, he successfully defended two capital murder clients in back to back trials within the first year of passing the bar. Richard exclusively represents injured people, and has never represented insurance companies or corporations. He has obtained verdicts and settlements from $10 million on down.

Eric started Jones Law Group in 2007 right after he graduated from law school. He has extensive legal experience with Social Security Disability and the healthcare industry. Eric also served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney for 12 consecutive years. Prior to attending law school Eric served as Vice President ofr an Ohio hospital where he was responsible for physician contracting, recruitment and relations. During law school Eric was the Assistant Chief of the Bureau of Managed Care for O.D.J.F.S. where his responsibilities included designing, implementing, and regulating the statewide expansion of Medicaid Managed Care. Eric also served as legal assistant to the General Counsel of the Ohio State Medical Association. Currently, Eric devotes much of his practice Social Security disability, civil litigation and representing health care providers. Eric is a recipient of the Capital University Law School G.O.L.D. award. The G.O.L.D Award is given annually to a Capital University Law School JD “Graduate of the Last Decade” who has made significant achievements as an attorney and has made notable contributions to the legal profession and/or the Law School. Eric has proudly to served as a Board Member of the OhioHealth Foundation and as a member of the Community Board of COSI. Eric earned his bachelor degree from Ohio University (B.S., 1995) and continued his higher education by receiving both his Master of Business Administration and his law degree from Capital University.
