About William
Mr. Cirignani has over eighteen years of trial and litigation experience that’s been focused primarily on medical malpractice and serious injury cases. He began his career as a defense litigator with the law firm of O'Connor, Cavanagh in Arizona, defending hospitals, doctors and nurses in medical cases, as well as various companies being sued for construction and product accidents. Later, he joined the law firm of Seyfarth, Shaw in Chicago, where he continued to litigate injury cases, but expanded his civil litigation practice to include labor and employment and overtime wage dispute cases.
In 1995, he joined the predecessor of CH&H where he concentrated on medical malpractice litigation. In the last decade, he has used his "inside" experience as a defense lawyer and his career of trial-work to help his many injured clients.
Mr. Cirignani's clients come from all walks of life: babies, artists, athletes, professionals, working people, the disabled and everyone in between.
Mr. Cirignani is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Arizona, the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is also a member of the Federal District Courts in Arizona, Illinois and Georgia, as well as the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Personal: Married, two teenage daughters, former church elder, and teacher of an adult Sunday school class that focuses on keeping marriages strong. His personal philosophy is rooted in honesty and integrity that stresses close client involvement.
