About William
William D. Montgomery (Will), a lifelong Mississippi resident, was born in Greenwood and raised in Port Gibson. Since graduating from the University Of Mississippi School Of Law Mr. Montgomery’s practice has focused primarily on civil litigation. For the past fifteen years, he has represented corporations, regional/local businesses, and individuals across Mississippi and Western Tennessee, providing effective, efficient representation tailored to the individual needs of his clients. Mr. Montgomery has spent much of his career in the courtroom, trying dozens of cases to verdict in Mississippi and Tennessee. His trial success is complemented by several seminal victories at the appellate level.
