About William
Mr. Mundt was a shareholder in Murphy Desmond S.C. from 1972 through 2007 and has over 40 years experience in the practice of law. While he practices in many areas of law, he particularly enjoys estate planning and probate and has been recognized for his accomplishments in this area by his election as a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 1990. He also is a former co-author of the Wisconsin Probate System, a guide to the probate system for Wisconsin lawyers. Mr. Mundt currently serves as co-chair of the firm's Estate Planning & Probate Law Practice Group.
He is responsible for most of the firm's services in the profit sharing and pension plan arena and has spent many years advising employers in all aspects of employment relations and benefit plans. He also represents clients in real estate transactions and corporate law.
As a result of his service to several foundations and charitable organizations, he has an awareness of the organization and operations of these entities and has a particular knowledge of planned giving techniques and methods. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer.
