About William
William A. Haug has over 30 years of experience practicing real estate law, with particular emphasis in commercial and multifamily finance and development. He has worked extensively in the area of multifamily housing and has experience working with government assisted housing, state agency and HUD financing.
He has represented lenders in connection with the financing of various projects, including the resale of multifamily loans to Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac) and Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae). He has extensive experience working with the Freddie Mac Mortgage Purchase Programs and the Fannie Mae Prior Approval and Designated Underwriter and Servicer Programs.
Mr. Haug is a member of the American, Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Real Estate Sections of the Minnesota State and Hennepin County Bar Associations. In addition, he is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Minnesota. and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
