Justin L. Lawrence is the managing partner of Lawrence & Associates, the successful law firm he founded in 2005. Along the way, Justin has started and built up the firm’s practice areas in personal injury, worker’s compensation, social security, wrongful death, and bankruptcy. Justin is a 2002 Cum Laude graduate of the University of Kentucky with Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. While at the University of Kentucky, he was awarded the prestigious Woodson B. Gudgell scholarship. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. In law school, he served as Vice President of the SBA and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta’s Hoffman Chapter. Justin was also honored with the Alex P. Hotchkiss Award for outstanding Chapter Justice, and the Hoffman Chapter was awarded the international Stanley H. Kohn Award for best chapter. Justin has years of experience in making sure his clients recover or save the maximum amount possible under the circumstances of their case. Sometimes this means representing injured men and women in civil cases against insurance companies and large corporations. Sometimes it means saving a family’s home. Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Ken was named a top lawyer by Louisville Magazine in the areas of Business Law, Construction Law and Environmental Law. Ken, his wife Sharon, and their four children are lifelong residents of Louisville, Kentucky.

Theresa C. Gilbert passed the Kentucky bar in 1990 and has been a partner at Gilbert Law Group PLLC since 1998. She brings experience and a vast understanding of personal injury and workers' compensation cases to our firm. She cares about her clients and is ready to fight for them every step of the way.

Donald R. Todd has been an attorney in Lexington, Kentucky for almost 50 years. He is extremely well qualified based on his experiences as a prosecutor, 8 years serving Lexington as a City Councilman, and 26 years as a private practitioner and litigator. As an attorney, Don has always attempted to efficiently and effectively resolve legal matters while personally working with his clients.
