John J. Kahn, Jr. practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Criminal Law. As a criminal defense attorney in Pearland and the Houston area, Mr. Kahn deals with all Felonies and Misdemeanors for both adults and juveniles including DWI, drug crimes, sex crimes, assaults, thefts, burglary, and probation violations. Mr. Kahn graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA and then attended South Texas College of Law where he graduated with his juris doctorate in 2001. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in Texas. Mr. Kahn is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, National College for DUI Defense, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Kennedy is a native Houstonian with more than 13 years of trial and appellate experience. He built a practice that focused on family, criminal, personal injury and probate law. He has tried over 50 cases, both criminal and civil, to a jury. Mr. Kennedy believes that there are no one-size-fits-all solutions because everyone’s legal issue is unique and personal. He provides vigorous representation for his clients with an eye toward finding creative solutions to complex problems. Mr. Kennedy has experience representing clients in Harris, Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Waller counties. Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2005 and is licensed to practice in all state courts.

Mr. Capetillo was born, raised, and still resides in Fort Bend County, Texas. He graduated from B.F. Terry High School as a fighting Terry Ranger Baseball Player. He continued his education and earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston while working part-time in Houston’s Oil & Gas industry in various tax related roles. After graduation, he accepted an offer from the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas company and worked in their tax department while attending night classes at South Texas College of Law. In his last semester at STCL, Mr. Capetillo secured an internship at the Harris County Public Defender’s Office in downtown Houston. His experience with the Public Defender’s office allowed him to gain hands-on experience defending individuals who had been accused of crimes while learning the importance of zealous legal representation through the criminal legal process.
