Amy Shevlin is a South Florida native who graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007, where she excelled in the prestigious Litigation Skills Program and spearheaded a tri-lingual overhaul of the University of Miami Community Health Rights and Education Clinic's campaign to provide pro-bono legal services to HIV-positive survivors of domestic violence and their children. She has studied international law and policy at the Université de Paris in Paris, France and has traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East.
She began her legal career in Broward County representing the best interests of children in the dependency system where she received countless favorable judgments which were upheld on appeal. Upon her return to the Treasure Coast area, Ms. Shevlin joined The Koblegard Law Firm as an Associate Attorney where she focuses primarily on family, civil and appellate law.
