Amy S. Wolsky, Esquire is an attorney who has been practicing mediation in Boca Raton since 1993. She is a Supreme Court certified mediator in Family, Circuit Civil, and County Court. In addition, she is a Supreme Court qualified arbitrator. Attorney Wolsky has also completed additional training in foreclosure mediation. Her practice is focused on alternative dispute resolution.

Attorney Wolsky is a 1977 graduate of Duke University, Magna Cum Laude. She is a 1980 graduate of Suffolk University Law school. She is a member of both the Florida and Massachusetts Bar Associations.

Attorney Wolsky is a highly regarded mediator. She became certified in family cases in 1993 and has completed numerous successful family court mediations. She has worked with local attorneys as well as parties that are unrepresented by counsel. Attorney Wolsky was certified as a circuit civil and county court mediator in 2004. She has completed many cases involving contract, real property, condominium, foreclosure and employment disputes.

In addition, Attorney Wolsky is a well-known certified assistant trainer for mediation programs throughout the state of Florida. She has taught mediation training for the Supreme Court's statewide conference sponsored by Dispute Resolution Center.  She has also designed and taught programs for the  Palm Beach County Bar Association, South Palm Beach County Bar Association, Broward County mediation Association, Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, and in 19th Circuit Court system. Attorney Wolsky also taught mediation techniques for the Mediation Training Group, Inc. for many years. The focus of her programs has been mediator ethics and technical skills.

Attorney Wolsky is the founding member and Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for over 10 years. She is well known for her presentations on ethics and mediation techniques. Her resume is available upon request.
