About Andrea
Andrea Wilkins began her career in 1998 providing legal assistance to domestic violence survivors and their children. In 2000 she joined the staff of the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) assisting the 50 state legislatures to develop public policy in the areas of human services, welfare reform and state-tribal relations. In 2006 she began serving as counsel to the NCSL State-Tribal Institute where she focused on cross-jurisdictional policy development and various Indian law issues. Andrea has also served as a program and grant reviewer for the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association since 2005. In 2008 she joined Ellmann & Ellmann P.C. where she focuses on Family Law issues including divorce, child support, child custody and visitation. Andrea is also experienced and practices in the field of Estate Planning including wills, trusts, guardianship and powers of attorney.
