During law school, Anthony externed for the Honorable William J. Bauer on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He was a Chicago Intellectual Property Symposium fellow and member of the Saul Lefkowitz National Trademark moot court and Willem C. Vis International Arbitration moot court teams. He served as tutor for the Introduction to IP class in law school and worked as Features Articles Editor for the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review. After graduating, Anthony returned to Southern California and joined a boutique firm in Orange County, working in its litigation practice group handling a wide variety of civil matters, including intellectual property disputes. He resigned from that firm in October 2008 to spend more time with his newborn daughter and to start his own firm. Since then, he has served on the Executive Committee of the State Bar of California Solo & Small Firm Section, was a contributing author of The California Guide to Growing and Managing a Law Office, and currently serves on the board for the Vietnamese American Arts and Letters Association. Anthony serves as of counsel and maintains relationships with other small firms that focus on areas of law outside of intellectual property, thus enabling him to better assist businesses in all matters that they may face, from employment, to securities, to probate litigation and appeals.
