I was born, raised and grew up in Orange County, getting married and raising three children within the local community. I graduated from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in history in 1994 and went to Chapman University Law School; graduating from this institution in their inaugural class. Since being admitted to the bar our firm has been practicing mostly bankruptcy law amassing thousands of cases discharged for our clients. We practice out of Orange County but handle cases throughout Southern California and are always willing to accommodate our clients by flexible appointments, reasonable fees and direct communication.

Sue has extensive experience handling complex litigation, including construction defect disputes, construction litigation, professional liability, general liability, business litigation, employment litigation, and personal injury defense in state and federal courts. She is also experienced in bankruptcy and class action litigation. Sue graduated from Chapman University's Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in environmental, land use, and real estate law. She also served as an extern for the Honorable John E. Ryan (Ret.) and the Honorable John J. Wilson (Ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Handle claims of retaliation for taking disability or medical leave, workers' compensation leave or family-medical leave, or denial of such leave. Attorney Lyon has handled dozens of trials, including jury trials, as well as arbitrations, hundreds of court appearances and mediations, and thousands of depositions. He has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits and the California Court of Appeal. He was a candidate for State Assembly in 2004. Lyon is married with three children. Collectively, the firm's employee-clients have sued dozens of Fortune 500 companies in numerous industries including aerospace, entertainment, defense, broadcasting, real estate, construction, advertising, automotive, sales, service, banking, mortgage, and many other industries. Representative public entities sued by clients of the firm include the City and County of Los Angeles, school districts and numerous city, county and government agencies. During Raymond’s practice, which spans over a decade, he has gained extensive experience in all facets of complex litigation. His expertise includes litigation of employment, general liability, class action, construction, products, and general business litigation matters – from start through trial, and appeal. Further, he has prepared volumes of employment handbooks, construction and real estate disclosures and agreements, and general business contracts aimed to fully protect his clients and, when applicable, transfer risk to the appropriate parties. This allows Raymond to offer a unique perspective to his clients and create strategies for any scenario.

Kamran represents clients in complex insurance, employment, construction, general liability, and business litigation. Those clients include some of the world’s largest insurance carriers, governmental entities, Fortune 500 companies, several of California’s largest publicly- held and privately-held businesses, builders, real estate developers, and contractors. In connection with the litigation practice, he also advises and represents a wide spectrum of London market insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in all lines of insurance business, including professional liability, construction, property, maritime, general liability, environmental, energy, and directors & officers (D&O) policies.
