Scott Cole is a Partner in the Atlanta office and works with several of the firm’s practice groups. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Cole has a civil engineering degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Mr. Cole is a senior member of the Transactional Practice Group. He focuses his energy on the sale of medical offices, including dental offices, to larger groups. In connection with this, he has worked with many of the larger national and regional DSOs. He represents clients, including technology, communications and energy companies, on a variety of matters ranging from entity selection, organizational structuring, transaction structuring, and working with clients through day-to-day and extraordinary business transactions. Mr. Cole works with corporate clients to identify strategic goals and assists them through initial planning, negotiations, and project completion. Mr. Cole worked as outside counsel to a suburban Atlanta county, local water authority, and currently serves as city attorney for Mansfield, GA. In those capacities, he drafted and reviewed various contracts, including GDOT and multi-million dollar construction contracts; drafted various ordinances and resolutions; and advised local officials on land acquisition, policy, and other matters.

I graduated cum laude in 2002 from the Georgia State University College of Law, where I was a member of Law Review. My undergraduate degree is in history from the University of Florida. Prior to and during law school, I worked at the Federal Trade Commission on consumer protection cases, primarily involving enforcement actions under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act relating to advertising and marketing practices. I started my legal career at a large international firm, where I defended FTC enforcement actions as well as represented international corporations in a diverse variety of high-stakes cases involving advertising, marketing, trademark and copyright protection, defamation, and business disputes. Desiring more trial work, I transitioned to a mid-size firm with other former big firm attorneys. There, I continued my diverse practice, tried over 40 cases, and made partner. In August 2021, I founded Bazinet Law, where I bring together my diverse legal background to help people with unique legal problems that touch on the area of social media, intellectual property, consumer protection, and sports. Outside of my law practice, I am licensed soccer coach who has worked with high-level competitive youth soccer for the better part of 30 years. I also play and am an avid fan.

Richard Stumm is a practicing attorney in the state of Georgia. He graduated with his J.D. from University of Illinois in 1970. He currently works at his privately owned firm of Richard L. Stumm, P.C.

Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts, and commercial litigation.

Jefferson M. Allen works primarily on business litigation (including shareholder/partner disputes, business torts, and employee non-compete litigation), construction and real estate litigation (including negligent/defective construction and mold claims), and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen also has significant litigation experience involving consumer law issues and consumer protection statutes, including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Georgia Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Jeff has developed a broad and wide-ranging general commercial litigation practice representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as private arbitration and mediation, throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Emory Law School, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen also obtained a General Course degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.

Justin represents clients nationwide in both federal and state courts. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of litigation subject areas, including RICO, products liability, shareholder derivative actions, business valuation cases, trade secrets, breach of trust or fiduciary duty matters, lost profits, consumer fraud, business torts, constitutional, civil rights, and computer fraud cases. Justin is a member of the Firm’s Cannabis Industry Group. In this role, Justin advises individuals, farmers, and businesses in a wide variety of issues, including licensure and compliance.

Matthew P. Collins has an impressive background in business. His numerous successes in the business world guide his work as a business attorney. Mr. Faulkner is an experienced counselor with 19 years of experience, having held bar licenses in four states (Mo, Il, Ct and Ga). He has litigated in state and federal courts with much success. He has also appeared in the Court of Appeal in both Missouri and Illinois. Through is efforts, he has achieved significant results for his clients, including a settlement worth $39 million dollars for the residents of Hartford, Illinois. Mr. Faulkner uses this experience and focuses his skills in the pursuit of assisting individuals in probate (trust and estate) matters, guardianships and conservatorships, estate planning, business disputes and contract disputes. He is tireless in serving the needs of his clients. As a Georgia attorney, Stan manages an active case load and focuses on helping clients achieve their goals through estate planning, business counseling and probate advice. Stan is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has practiced law in Missouri, Illinois, Connecticut and Georgia. He started his practice in St. Louis and southern Illinois where he helped clients resolve difficult problems in probate, personal injury, business and contractual disputes and environmental law. Outside of the office, you can find Stan spending time with his lovely wife, twin daughters and young son, involved in various activities from cheerleading to baseball. In his free time, Stan stays active in the Crossfit community competing in local and regional events. Stan is also an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan and enjoys watching and attending college football games in the fall.
