Brian Near began his legal practice in 1989 with a law firm located in the former IBM Tower (One Atlantic Center) in midtown Atlanta. Mr. Near is an active lawyer handling cases involving litigation, bankruptcy/debt relief, estate planning, domestic disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and premises liability.
