Tony has over 28 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts across the United States and has handled or managed thousands of cases under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Tony is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he received his undergraduate degree in political science and was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha political science honor society. During his tenure at UGA, Tony worked as an intern in the Governor’s Honor Program assisting with the prosecution of criminal cases in the Conasauga Circuit District Attorney’s office. After graduating from UGA, Tony attended law school at the Georgia State College of Law in Atlanta. During law school, Tony was an Associate Notes and Comments Editor on the Law Review and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Research, Writing, and Advocacy. He also worked as an intern for the Legal Clinic for the Homeless around the time of the Atlanta Olympics to survey the treatment of Atlanta’s homeless population leading up to the Olympic events. After graduating from law school in 1993, Tony worked as a litigation attorney for several Atlanta law firms in the areas of personal injury, products liability, and general litigation. His work included representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases and, subsequently, representing defendants through his insurance defense practice. Tony subsequently began his two decades long career in the field of consumer litigation, including representing a number of Fortune 500 clients and a national consumer reporting agency in individual and class action claims arising under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and other consumer protection statutes. Tony has been continuously rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell for over 17 years.

I graduated cum laude in 2002 from the Georgia State University College of Law, where I was a member of Law Review. My undergraduate degree is in history from the University of Florida. Prior to and during law school, I worked at the Federal Trade Commission on consumer protection cases, primarily involving enforcement actions under Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act relating to advertising and marketing practices. I started my legal career at a large international firm, where I defended FTC enforcement actions as well as represented international corporations in a diverse variety of high-stakes cases involving advertising, marketing, trademark and copyright protection, defamation, and business disputes. Desiring more trial work, I transitioned to a mid-size firm with other former big firm attorneys. There, I continued my diverse practice, tried over 40 cases, and made partner. In August 2021, I founded Bazinet Law, where I bring together my diverse legal background to help people with unique legal problems that touch on the area of social media, intellectual property, consumer protection, and sports. Outside of my law practice, I am licensed soccer coach who has worked with high-level competitive youth soccer for the better part of 30 years. I also play and am an avid fan.

Jorge Virgüez, originally born in Venezuela, embarked on his journey in the United States at the age of 6. Jorge’s journey in the legal field took shape during his time at Augusta State University (now Augusta University), where he played baseball on an athletic scholarship. Margaret Washburn has a general trial practice that focuses primarily on complex and high asset domestic relations litigation, including divorce, modification of custody and child support and contempt actions. We also handle criminal defense, personal injury and auto accidents and civil trial litigation, as well as represent injured workers. We have developed our practice and client base through Margaret's reputation in the community and through involvement in the State Bar of Georgia committees, the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, the Lawrenceville Kiwanis Club, and other civic organizations. Romero Pearson is a practicing attorney in Lawrenceville, GA. An active participant in the annual Gwinnett County Mock Trial, a county event for high school students. Andrea M. Johnson was born in the metro-Atlanta area. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Political Science from Columbus State University and later attended Mercer University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Since graduating from law school, Attorney Johnson has been practicing in the area of family law. She has tried divorce and modification actions all over the metropolitan Atlanta area as well as around the entire state of Georgia .
