I’m a litigator and trial advocate at Keating Wagner Polidori Free and I represent businesses and individuals who have been defrauded or injured by someone in a position of trust in business cases. As a commercial litigation attorney, I am passionate about representing people or businesses who are victims of fraud, abuse of power, breach of contract or professional negligence. I have successfully worked on Colorado civil lawsuits with anywhere from two thousand to two billion dollars at stake with each large case being handled as passionately as lower damage cases. I also handle probate disputes and fraudulent transfer cases.

Ms. Austin Dominick joined Pearson & Paris, P.C. as an associate attorney in December 2020, and will focus her skillset in the areas of family law, probate, and general civil litigation. She received her Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Dominick served as president for the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund, and was a member of the Environmental Law Society, Health Law Society, International Law Society, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Dominick also participated in the Washington Moderate Means Practicum where she worked on matters related to family, housing, and consumer law for those who cannot afford a full fee attorney yet exceed the low-income qualifications for free legal assistance. Having been born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Ms. Dominick is an ardent supporter of the Colorado community. She comes from a long line of distinguished lawyers and is eager to continue the family legacy of helping those in need. Dan has been practicing law since 1986. He began his career with the District Attorney’s Office followed by a term with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Later, he became in-house counsel for an OTC securities registered Broker / Dealer. Prior to the formation of Levin Jacobson Japha, P.C. he counseled clients in private practice for many years. Dan has extensive experience in and focuses his practice on counseling businesses and handling partnership disputes; corporate law; private placement financing; regulatory compliance; business succession matters; mergers, acquisitions; employment issues; corporate and regulatory compliance; health care provider law; wills, estate and probate administration matters; divorce, custody family law and domestic partnership issues; personal injury accidents; and administrative law matters. Accomplishments over his 30-year career include obtaining a multi-million dollar jury verdict against a major telecommunications company; obtaining a million-dollar business saving verdict on behalf of a family-owned metal fabricating company; achieving a six-figure settlement in a restaurant personal injury case involving dangerously hot coffee spilling on a customer; negotiating numerous multi-million dollar private placement financings, mergers and acquisitions; negotiating and litigating numerous company partnership disputes and settlements, and negotiating purchase, product and supply contracts on behalf of many prodigious businesses.

Erika Gebhardt practices exclusively family law and estate planning. Erika began her career in family law when she worked as an extern at the firm during the summer after her first year of law school (2010). After realizing her passion for this area, Erika continued by serving at the firm as a law clerk in the summer following her second year of law school (2011). Erika has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, and was a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of St. Ives. Erika has worked as a judicial intern in a courtroom with a domestic and civil docket. She also interned for Denver District Court Judge Robert McGahey, Jr., of the Second Judicial District, where she was able to gain valuable experience in motions practice and courtroom procedure. After graduating from law school, Erika worked at a local law firm practicing family law. Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, Erika is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the CBA Young Lawyers Division. Jo Stone is a Colorado native, whose grandparents were homesteaders in eastern Colorado. Jo has both her bachelors and masters degrees in English literature as well as her law degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, CO. Jo's practice focuses on estate and business planning, although she also has an extensive background in litigation of all kinds, including commercial, business, and personal matters. Her diverse background and experience allows her to approach all legal matters in a very circumspect and comprehensive manner that is somewhat unique in relation to the narrowly-focused niche firms prevalent today. Jo’s diversity also allows her to develop long lasting relationships with a wide variety of clients who may need different legal assistance through the years. During law school, Mr. Chayet's grandmother, Letty Milstein, was the principle party in one of the most controversial and public elder law cases in the state of Colorado. The Estate of Milstein v. Ayers, 955 P.2d 78 (Colo. App. 1998), is a landmark probate case which upholds and protects the right to counsel and due process of incapacitated adults in Colorado and has been codified into the Colorado Uniform Protective Proceedings Act (the guardianship and conservatorship laws). This experience was the impetus for Mr. Chayet's career long practice commitment to the field of elder law and probate litigation. Mr. Chayet is the past Chairman of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the recipient of Colorado Super Lawyers 2011 Rising Star in Elder Law. Mr. Chayet's expertise in the area of elder law has also been demonstrated through his publishing in the areas of elder law as well as many public speaking appearances throughout Colorado.Mr. Chayet is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Colorado Bar Association where fellow Colorado attorneys nominated Mr. Chayet to be a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Mr. Chayet, born and raised in Denver, Colorado, is continuing in the footsteps of his family in assisting the philanthropic and civic community of Colorado, by serving on the board of many not-for-profit organizations including the Total Long Term Care Foundation, Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, Colorado Citizens for Accountability, Allied Jewish Apartments, Jewish Senior Recreation Network, the Foundation For Hope and the Life Source Services Hospice.
