Accident & Injury, Workers' Compensation
Brianne is a Founding Partner of her own firm, Falgien Warr & Iyer, P.C., and she specializes in personal injury and workers’ compensation. She and her partners desperately wanted to build a personal injury and workers’ compensation firm that focused more on taking care of its clients and devoting extensive time and attention to each case. She admittedly is a perfectionist and can now properly work up each case, and spend as much time with each of her clients as she desires, in order to achieve even better results for her clients than she was able to do while working for former employers. Her firm is built on integrity, kindness, laughter, happiness, hard and diligent work, and Brianne’s goal is to get her clients back to their Colorado athletic and outdoor activities that Colorado folks crave and count on to survive and thrive. After all, nothing is more important than spending time with family, friends, participating in activities we love, and making memories. These passions are highly affected when you are injured. Your life gets turned upside down. You can count on Brianne and her team to be your compass, as they will guide you back to health and happiness.

Kyle Bachus won his first argument in front of the state supreme court when he was only 17 years old. As a junior in high school, Kyle attended a Florida state legislation day for Florida high school students. As part of the day’s activities, he was selected to argue a predetermined topic in front of a panel of licensed lawyers sitting on a mock supreme court. He was provided with appropriate documentation, and tasked with researching and preparing his argument. Selected as one of the best presenters of the day statewide, he was both surprised and inspired. Once he decided on a career in law, there was no stopping him. The determination his opponents see in the courtroom today was nurtured in college, where he dedicated himself to excelling. Once he graduated with his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law, he began work the Monday after graduation in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, a natural fit for a man who had always identified with the underdog. Kyle moved to Colorado in 1994 and joined a Denver personal injury law firm. Two years later, Kyle and fellow lawyer Darin Schanker opened Bachus & Schanker, LLC with little more than a tiny, rented office and a lot of determination. Starting with less than $15,000, their business has grown into one of the largest, most well respected personal injury firms in the region. The partners are committed to understanding the circumstances confronting their clients, and ensuring that responsible parties are held accountable for damages they have caused.

Sean Olson is a trial lawyer, author, and founding member of the Olson Law Firm, serving clients in Colorado and Wyoming. His practice focuses on providing the unrivaled representation of those seriously injured as a result of someone else’s negligence, and those who are unlawfully taken advantage of in the workplace. At the Olson Law Firm, the needs of the client come first. Sean represents clients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other complicated injuries caused by car and truck accidents, construction accidents, and other situations where a person or corporation’s negligence leads to harm. Sean also represents those who have been injured as a result of medical malpractice and dental malpractice. Sean knows that just talking to a lawyer about an injury case, much less hiring one, can be an intimidating and daunting task. In his book, Results Matter, Sean alleviates some of those worries by showing those who have been injured what their case may look like if they choose to pursue a case in court. When handling an injury case, Sean treats his clients like families and treats their problems as if they were his own. Sean received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he graduated in the top one percent of his class. Since 2010, Olson has served as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy at his Alma Mater. He graduated from Drake University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication. Super Lawyers named Olson a Rising Star for five years before naming him a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2017. Avvo.com has bestowed Olson with its highest rating. Sean is a resident of Denver where he lives with his wife, two young children, and their dogs, Maisy and Charley. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sean was an Emmy award-winning photojournalist. His passion for that job took him around the globe telling other’s stories. He now uses those skills to tell his clients’ stories in courtrooms across Colorado and Wyoming.
